Cancellations:

Services with a paid deposit: 50% refund or credit towards re-booking within a 7-day notice. NO REFUND with less than a 72 hour notice. For any other service, please notify us asap if you need to cancel so that another customer may be served.

Services:

A meet and greet with you and/or your fur babies is mandatory prior to any pet service to ensure it's a good fit for us all. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Same day requests:

Sometimes life happens and you may need help at the last minute. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fee may be assessed.
